I find everything is very organized which is very helpful - anytime I needed a call back or a text message it happened right away- everyone has been very friendly and super helpful

I came into life exactly very skeptical! The first time I spoke to a representative he didn’t listen to my needs but after I spoke to other life Rex specialists they fixed the issue without hesitation! The escalation team is top notch! I wish well known companies that being medical , banking etc had specialists and representatives like life except does! I have been proven that life rx really has your best interest! Daniel was wonderful! He literally made me feel very much heard ! Very well mannered and great customer service! K and Tiffany and Carlos are amazing as well! The representatives were so personable and answered all my many questions without hesitation. I really put them through it on the first call because I was coming from another place that had me feeling like it wasn't worth the hassle and possible fraud. I had checked a couple places and as soon as I talked to LifeRx.md I knew they were the one. I am so grateful to have found them. They have done everything exactly how they said they would.

I would like to start by saying that I had originally wanted to post a bad review based on a problem that I had with life RX. I felt that I slipped through the cracks and actually started worrying that it was not a legit company. They have since reached out to me and I will say that they’ve gone above and beyond to fix the problem.It was obviously a glitch in the system, and everything has been resolved on my part. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to correct the problem. Can’t wait to get started on the program.
