I just started with LifeRx and I have say that I am blown away by their responsiveness to every single one of my questions and concerns. Their follow through and customer service has been extraordinary. I spent year in consumer packaging and customer service and this company has by far exceeded all my expectations. I have been a Patient with LifeRX.MD since September 2023 and have lost over 60 pounds since I switched to their company. There is a list so long as to why I will forever and only get my GLP medications and peptides from LifeRX.MD. They have 24/7 text chat availability for questions, also they have nutritionists on board who oversee our food plan and help with dietary recommendations, with direct contact to the nutritionist at all times without having to pay extra. When I went up on my Semaglutide dose I was never charged more money, after I switched to trizepatide (the compound for monjauro) the medication team found me the best pricing through one of their pharmacies to get medication from. I have become close with most of the staff, especially the dosing team because they are so involved in my dose and questions. Now that I have hit my goal weight, I am on a maintenance dose. If I need to see the DR and ask questions, I can easily schedule an appt, or I can talk to the dosing department as everyone is on the same page within the company knowing exactly what medication I am taking and my dose. I am so impressed by the consistency and overall outstanding trustworthy customer service. Sadly, before I found I found LifeRx.MD, I fell into the marketing trap of 2 other companies and lost out on a lot of money; however, since I have been with LifeRx.MD I have been able to recoup what I lost because of the affordability and consistency of their pricing. I was on Ozempic for a year - and it ran its course. I had heard that the FDA approved this new "wonder" medication that rendered Ozempic and Wegovy as "yesterday's" panacea for healthy and effective weight loss. I did my research and came across some money grubbing, duplicitous programs - but in the current zeitgeist there is a TON of negativity, so I won't revisit these disgusting people - rather, what I choose to do is focus on what is genuinely GOOD - and LifeRx.md fits the bill perfectly.
From my earliest encounter with them, they were nothing less than top drawer professionals, who asked me questions about my overall health and lifestyle with a sincerity and concern I found quite endearing. They were adamant about any recent blood work I had taken - if not, they would not start me on this medication until I had a blood test - very professional and quite impressive - as it happens, I had two blood tests in the last six months, so they gave me the all clear and I start on my first dose today - I expect I will be back with an update - but I have EVERY reason to believe that this will be a great success and that I WILL achieve my goal weight.

Today I received my first shipment and I spoke to a young man named Bryan from the escalation team.This young man truly went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything the proper dosing the correct way to store my medication. Earlier I wrote a scathing review of Liferx.md. I had a call from Noah, a very fine gentleman, and we discussed this misguided, unfortunate and incongruent email I received from them. It did occur to me that was somewhat suspicious. But Noah is so very nice, as have everyone at LifeRx.md I've encountered.
I have said here, time and again, that if I am proven wrong, I will always apologize - in this case, I am pulling that review and I want to start from scratch. It was unfair of me to dump on this program, when the provenance of my frustration was from my former PCP who fought me about this program at every turn. I hate misdirected anger - especially when I am the source of it (in my defense, it doesn't happen very often) - so to Trustpilot, please accept my sincere apology - and I am certain I will be back in a few months with kudos and praise for these people.

The education and support that I have received from LifeRX and specifically from Daniel has been excellent and accurate. I travel for work and cannot always be available at typical times. The hours of support are extended and you’re encouraged to ask anything - your health and success is truly the main goal.

Please do not get discouraged when your weightloss is at a different rate as others as our bodies are different. Just give it time. I also do not break my fast until around noon each day except for my first 2 weeks.
Also, the injections are painless. You do not feel these needles at all. I seriously couldn't believe it. So put any fears in regards to that to rest.

So far, great customer service. Quick appointment set, easy zoom call, next day got offer of med’s. Actually called them back last night around 9pm and THEY ANSWERED! Took my order. So much cheaper than Mounjaro $1061! Med’s will be here 7-10 days. I’ll update this when I’ve been on med’s a month.

Started on Semaglutide and after 1 month I’m down 12.5 lbs; and this is on a loading dose- nowhere near the max dose!! Also, Life Rx has been so helpful with tips for avoiding side effects so that I have felt great throughout. I highly recommend them. The price is set, so no matter what dose of Semaglutide you are on, the price doesn’t go up. I have seen some others that are slightly cheaper, but they don’t offer advice and troubleshooting- and that’s what makes LifeRx invaluable.

I was extremely Skeptical at first being tried so many weight loss diets, pills etc. This product from LifeRx is truly amazing. The first 3 weeks I lost 12 lbs. It is now a month and 2 weeks and I'm down 18 lbs. I feel great and you can literally see the pounds falling off. I'm blown away also by the amazing customer service. The first week I must have called them 15 times with questions about what to eat etc, Noah and the other staff are the most friendly, supportive and helpful people I've ever dealt with. I have been using semaglutide through LifRX for about 2 months. What I appreciate about them is that they use an FDA approved compound pharmacy, they require labs to be sure you are healthy enough for the medication and anytime you have questions or concerns, they promptly respond. My hypertension has normalized and I have been losing weight at a healthy pace. I did not qualify through insurance but this has made it accessible to still get healthy. So grateful.

Great company for compounded weight loss products. For the review I'd break it into 2 parts:
1. Weight loss: I've lost 40 lbs in 5 months. Pretty solid results averaging about 2 lbs per week. However, in addition to taking tirzepatide, I am also working out 5-6 days per week, mostly weight training. I have taken both the semaglutide and tirzepatide from LifeRx, and am personally seeing better results with the tirzepatide, as well as fewer side effects (mostly heartburn). With that said, the products are legit and significantly help with appetite suppression.
2. Service: Once you get rolling through the initial consultation, lab work, and Dr appointment, it's smooth sailing. It takes about or a little over a month to get the process started, which is a bit long - just a heads up. Once all of that is taken care of the service is great. Staff - especially Noah - is always on call to assist with questions and get the next shipment ready.
In sum, would recommend.

I started my weight-loss journey with LifeRX along with the extra special care from Brian W. a little over a month ago. I unfortunately had a bad taste in my mouth dealing with my prescription insurance so I was ready for issues. Boy was I wrong. The care given by him and by some of the customer reps was amazing. They have been very helpful, very patient, and have responded very quickly to my text messages. There was a little blip but Brian W. resolved it immediately and without hesitation! Once I received my medication, Brian W. answered all of my questions and then some. I am extremely happy with Brian W. and LifeRX, I highly recommend using them for your weight-loss journey.
Update: I have been on Semaglutide along with Lipo-Mino for a couple of weeks. It was crazy how the day after my first shot, the food chatter was gone and my sugar cravings stopped. I have already noticed that my jeans fit a little loser than usual. I cant workout yet as I had knee surgery but I cant wait to see the change in results when I can. Highly recommend. In the beginning I paid for a doctor’s visit and talked to the doctor within 48 hours. Doctor ordered a blood test which I was able to get done the next day at Labcorp. Medicine was shipped to me within the week. When I didn’t feel like the medicine was doing what it was supposed to do I was able to get in touch with the company immediately and the dosing was revised and has worked perfectly since. I am always contacted for a refill before I run out. I don’t have to sit and wait in a doctor’s office ever. My medicine always arrives on ice in a well packaged box. They are extremely responsive when I have questions. The coaches have been so encouraging but make you be accountable which keeps me on track.
