Excellent care and personalized support
LifeRx.md is a small business so you get to talk to the same representatives more than once and I love that. The representatives were so personable and answered all my many questions without hesitation. I really put them through it on the first call because I was coming from another place that had me feeling like it wasn't worth the hassle and possible fraud. I had checked a couple places and as soon as I talked to LifeRx.md I knew they were the one. I am so grateful to have found them. They have done everything exactly how they said they would.
I had a question about the tracking of my medication. I got a wonderful employee on the line by the name of Joseph. Wow! He was so helpful and knowledgeable! He deserves a promotion!!

I would like to start by saying that I had originally wanted to post a bad review based on a problem that I had with life RX. I felt that I slipped through the cracks and actually started worrying that it was not a legit company. They have since reached out to me and I will say that they’ve gone above and beyond to fix the problem.It was obviously a glitch in the system, and everything has been resolved on my part. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to correct the problem. Can’t wait to get started on the program.

The evaluation by the physician and the prescribing process was pleasant and quick. The receipt of the medication was fast and plenty of instructions were given. The medication was a little costly but so far worth it. b

Experience was fantastic, couldn’t have been easier to get this done! Filled out information, spoke to doctor & literally received the medication. They provide all the help needed with how to use/ what not to do and 24/7 support. With so many people trying to sale you the meds to lose weight it’s hard to wrap your head around LifeRx is the place to come 100%!
I was impressed that I was actually zooming face to face with a Nurse Practitioner. She interviewed me and then requested I send recent blood work that I had completed. If my blood work was not recent enough, they would send lab orders for me to complete.
I previously talked with "HERS" and "FutureRX" and merely completed online questionnaires. I spoke with someone but was not sure if that person was a medical profesional. After all that, neither provided GLP-1s. They wanted to prescribe Metaformin which I already take for pre-diabetes.
Previously I took Ozempic until my insurance discontinued coverage. The drug came packed nice and cold. I called to get additional instructions on how to administer the shot and felt comfortable. I did not get sick. The compounded drug seemed a little stronger than Ozempic and a similar dosage but I did not have any discomfort.
So far so good! 🙂

liferx is on top of their game, what, where, when it is going to happen IT DOES. Their word is their bond. It is hard to find that anymore. I know I am in good hands, follow their instructions I'll be safe.

There was a problem with me not receiving my zoom link for my Dr.s appointment and I missed it. I was out of medication and was really frazzled because the next appointment was 3 days away which would make me almost 2 weeks without on my meds. RJ was super helpful and accommodating and understanding. He was able to reschedule me for the same day and gave me his direct number in case there was a problem. He even checked in later to help get some of my forms started so the process could move quickly. After my appointment he handled my prescription and went over the instructions and even put a rush on it so I should have my medicine delivered in half the normal time. This kind of customer service is rare and lets me know that I am in good hands with LifeRX.md. RJ is a true asset to the company he went above and beyond for me.

Everything was good. The doctor was very thorough with the appointment checking everything I needed to be and going through my blood work with me. Then the person on the phone who got me my order for my shot was really professional and very helpful.

I had been away from life RX for a little bit getting the prescription from a different location. RJ called to talk to me and I decided to come back to our ex life because of RJ. He gave me more information on that phone call and I’ve had an entire year Researching this on my own. I feel very confident in our ex life and I feel very confident with my wonderful provider RJ I also had an appointment with Carmen this morning via zoom. She was very caring very compassionate and I have requested. I have her each time I need to check in for an appointment. It’s like having somebody that you can do this whole thing with. I was experiencing an issue with the medication I was taking. I spoke to Ashley of the LifeRxMD escalation department who was extremely helpful, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. She listened patiently to my problem and asked the right questions to help resolve my problem.

I love how responsive this company is. They sent text messages to keep me informed of every step in the process, to include incoming calls. An email followed up every text message.The doctor really listened to my concerns was able to put them to rest by explaining everything to me. The specialist that called to tell me that I was approved answered every question I had and really walked me through the process. He was very patient with me. So far, I am really having a great experience working with this company.

There was a problem with me not receiving my zoom link for my Dr.s appointment and I missed it. I was out of medication and was really frazzled because the next appointment was 3 days away which would make me almost 2 weeks without on my meds. RJ was super helpful and accommodating and understanding. He was able to reschedule me for the same day and gave me his direct number in case there was a problem. He even checked in later to help get some of my forms started so the process could move quickly. After my appointment he handled my prescription and went over the instructions and even put a rush on it so I should have my medicine delivered in half the normal time. This kind of customer service is rare and lets me know that I am in good hands with LifeRX.md. RJ is a true asset to the company he went above and beyond for me.
