🛒 Ingredients

1 pack chicken tenders
-
2 packets broccoli rice mix
-
1 bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and carrots)

1 small yellow or white onion, diced
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
1 jar sliced mushrooms
-
1 can butter beans
-
1 can black beans
-
1 can kidney beans
-
1 can navy beans
-
1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
-
1 can cream of mushroom soup
-
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
-
1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
-
Italian seasoning, to taste
-
Chives, to taste
-
Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
-
1 container of Grands Biscuits
🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Set oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Prep the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can cream of chicken herb soup
-
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
-
2 packets broccoli rice mix
-
Mixed vegetables
-
Diced onion
-
Chopped green onion
-
Jar of mushrooms (drained if necessary)

All four types of drained beans

Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, and chives

Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Casserole

Spray a large casserole dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.

Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 4: Add the Biscuits

Open the Grands Biscuits and arrange them evenly on top of the casserole.
Step 5: Bake

Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
Step 6: Plate and Enjoy
