Using flatbread instead of heavy dough, lean sausage, and just the right toppings, this air fryer pizza is crispy, cheesy, and full of bold flavor — in under 30 minutes!
🍕 Ingredients
Flatbread (any kind you like)
Pasta sauce (your favorite variety)
3 lbs sweet Italian sausage
1 can mushrooms, drained
Mini pepperoni
1 green bell pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced
Minced garlic
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Parsley
Cilantro
Sharp cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

Prep the Dough
Use pre-made flatbread and place it on the air fryer rack.Cook the Meat
In a frying pan, cook sweet Italian sausage with mini pepperoni, mushrooms, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.Drain the Grease
Transfer the meat to a paper towel-lined container to soak up excess grease. Set aside.Build Your Pizza
Spread pasta sauce over the flatbread. Add green peppers and onions.Add Herbs
