🛒 Ingredients

2 beef chuck round steaks (about 6–8 oz. each)

1 green bell pepper, sliced

½ purple onion, sliced

1 cup diced beets (fresh or cooked)

1 can seasoned cabbage

1 can mushrooms, sliced

1 packet of cauliflower brown rice

½ stick unsalted butter

3 tablespoons minced garlic (divided)

¼ cup water (for the steak)

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Tenderize & Season the Steak

Use a meat tenderizer to thoroughly tenderize each steak.

Rub both sides with minced garlic and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
2. Sear the Steak

Heat a frying pan over high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and a pinch of chives.

Add ¼ cup of water to help steam-sear the steak and keep it juicy.

Sear the steaks on high, flipping every 2–3 minutes for even cooking. Cook until your preferred doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
3. Sauté the Veggies

In a second pan, combine mushrooms, bell pepper, diced beets, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and a splash of olive oil.

Cook over high heat, stirring frequently.

4. Cook the Cauliflower Brown Rice
