  • 2 small yellow peppers, sliced

  • 2 small red peppers, sliced

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chives

  • 2 sweet Italian turkey sausage links, sliced into cubes

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (divided)

  • ½ stick unsalted butter, sliced

  • ½ cup low-sodium mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup water

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash and slice the peppers and tomatoes.

  • Dice the onion and chives.

  • Slice the sausage into small cubes.
